Problem Note 59166: When you load a cov/corr/cholesky matrix that is larger than 2GB, the error "The application could not read data from the input data set" occurs

In SAS® Risk Dimensions®, memory allocations for loading matrices are limited to 2GB. Covariance, correlation, and Cholesky matrices that are larger than 2GB cannot be loaded into memory.
Errors like the following occur.
ERROR: The application could not read data from the input data set "my_hist_cov".
WARNING: Analysis "My_Analysis" cannot be performed.
ERROR: None of the 1 analyses that were specified for risk analysis project
"My_Risk_Analysis_Project" can be performed.
To work around this issue, use fewer risk factors so that the matrix is smaller.
